Day Two

Driving home from Wal-Mart today, we were in the car listening to "Flute Music from Around the World." Since our unit study for this month is Oceans, I decided to reply the Norwegian flute song, and we made an entire story about the man who played the song, and why he played it. We decided that there was a sea serpent that lived in the ocean near his home. From there, we spun an entire tale of the man's adventures with this sea serpent and his flute. Just shows you that, especially at the preschool level, you can learn and explore everywhere you are!
